Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to the use of the GradoScan app and the website gradoscan.com.

GradoScan provides AI-powered analysis of trading cards. The app evaluates centering, corners, edges, and surface based on photos. Grades are estimates and serve as guidance only. GradoScan is not a professional grading service and does not issue legally binding assessments.

GradoScan is offered via a monthly or annual subscription:

• Casual: 25 gradings/month – €6.99/month or €69.90/year
• Pro: 50 gradings/month – €12.99/month or €129.90/year

Annual subscriptions are charged once upfront. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing period. Cancellation is via app settings, the App Store, or Google Play.

GradoScan grants you a simple, non-transferable right to use the app for private purposes. The app may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used commercially.

• No use for unlawful purposes
• No automated queries or bots
• Keep login credentials confidential
• Upload only your own content

GradoScan accepts no liability for the accuracy of AI grades. Results do not constitute professional valuations and should not be used as the basis for financial decisions.

GradoScan reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated in the app.
