How accurate is the AI grading?

GradoScan gives you a solid read based on image analysis – great as a reference. It's not a substitute for professional grading, but it's a good starting point.

What photo setup do you recommend?

White or gray background, even lighting, camera straight above the card. Avoid shadows and reflections – and you're good.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Any time – in the app settings or directly through the App Store or Google Play. Your subscription runs until the end of the current period.

Are my grades saved?

Yes – everything goes into your collection and stays private. You decide what to share.

Forgot your password?

Tap "Forgot Password" on the sign-in screen and enter your email. You'll get a reset link right away.
